PICK set out to reinvent how everyday habits—coffee, pastries, salon visits—translate into loyalty. I led the branding, UX, and design of their app, web, and admin platform, building the foundations of a product built to scale.

From paper stamps to a digital-first loyalty experience
The old stamp-card model was fragile, forgettable, and poor at driving retention. Customers lost rewards without realizing, and businesses had no real way to manage or grow loyalty. PICK’s ambition was bigger: a platform where people could easily discover and collect rewards while businesses gained visibility and recurring traffic.
As the sole designer, I created the visual identity, a warm and approachable tone, and a flexible design system. Balancing consumer delight with business-owner needs was the hardest challenge, but by focusing on a smooth, intuitive app experience, we defined an MVP that could scale. My role stretched across everything—branding, web presence, mobile flows, and admin tools—laying the design foundation for PICK’s growth.
The launch brought immediate traction: 7K active users and 45 businesses onboarded within the first year, expanding from one city to three and setting up a nationwide rollout. For users, the app turned a clunky, outdated process into a seamless digital journey. For business owners, it became a tool to attract, retain, and grow loyal customers. For me, it proved I can drive a product end-to-end, from identity to interface to impact.
