Digipedion set out to become a premium alternative to Fiverr—rigorous in quality, minimal in design, and tailored to German expectations. I was brought in to finalize the product, expand user flows, and design for scale across creators, customers, and admins.
When I joined, Digipedion had only a skeleton concept. My mission was to drive it home: finish the end-to-end flows, refine interactions, and make the product usable across multiple roles.
The hardest challenge was scale. Every new feature added complexity for creators, customers, and admins. To keep the experience sharp, I stripped the design back to a minimal, content-first approach—avoiding visual clutter while keeping focus on usability. Instead of investing months into a full design system, I created flexible components that allowed us to ship features quickly while staying consistent.
Though Digipedion never launched, the work proved invaluable:
For me, this project showcased my ability to inherit, adapt, and elevate an existing direction—turning a loose skeleton into a product ready for market.
