Innovation teams were juggling multiple accounts with no clear process. My role was to cut through the noise: research existing tools, prototype quickly, and build a lean design system as the project evolved. Weekly sprints with the CEO kept us aligned, and two rounds of user testing reshaped the information architecture into a clear, user-friendly flow.
The Hub gave teams their first structured yet flexible space to innovate—consolidating tools, guiding learning, and creating freedom through practical exercises. For Ideate+, it unlocked a scalable model; for users, it meant clarity and momentum instead of fragmentation.
